CANCELLATION POLICY:  

Refunds will be issued if requested prior to 14 days of reservation ONLY (Except Holidays).

All refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to offset the cost of credit card processing.

No refunds will be processed if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date.  Date can be scheduled out for future stay, within one year (except Holidays).

All reservations must be paid up front and in full.

Reservations for HOLIDAYS require a minimum of 2 (two) night stay and must be paid in full at time of phone or in-person reservation. NO REFUNDS FOR HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS

Daily Primitive Tent Site - Per Tent - $35.00 (MAX STAY 7 DAYS)

Daily Tent Site - (Regular Back-In RV site) - $48.00 (MAX STAY 7 DAYS)
Daily Full Hook-Up 30 Amp Back-In RV Site - $48.00
Daily Full Hook-Up 30/50 Back-In or Pull-Thru RV Site - $48.00
Deluxe Full Hook-Up 30/50 Pull-Thru RV Site - $48.00

Daily RV Full Hook-Up (Active Military) - $25.00

Daily RV Full Hook-Up (Retired Military, Veterans & 1st Responders) - $43.20

Weekly RV Full Hook-Up Site - $260.00 (Maximum 14 days without management approval)

For the safety of our guests and the family atmosphere of our campground, All 28-day or longer term guests are subject to background checks for every adult, 18 or over, before an approval.

28 Day (4 Week) Stays are $595.00, plus metered electric, plus a $100.00 electric deposit.
Check-in day requires $695.00 ($595+$100 electric deposit). This is only after guests have
passed a background check and have received approval.
